What will this cost me:

There is no charge for telephone or in-person consultations. During our consultation we will provide you with our opinions with respect to your case. If you decide to retain us, and we agree to represent you, then,

1. We are paid only if we are successful in obtaining you Social Security Benefits.

2. We are paid only a portion of back money awarded to you. We limit our fee to the lesser of 30% or  $5,000.00 of all retroactive or past due benefits awarded to you and your family.

3. When you win, The Social Security Administration will pay our fees automatically from money withheld from your past due benefits.

HOW DO I CHOOSE AN ATTORNEY?

  •  Make sure that you hire an attorney who is very experienced in Social Security law. Ask him how many Social Security hearings he has appeared at. Make sure that he will be willing to take your case to the Appeals Council and Federal Court if you lose at the ALJ hearing. Many attorneys will not go to the Appeals Council or Federal Court.  We will go to to Federal Court when necessary to protect your rights!
